🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Tribs Fashion

At Tribs Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Ready-to-use patterns and toolkits are non-returnable once opened, used, or tampered with.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • In the original packaging

    • Reported within 48 hours of delivery


⏳ Return Process

  1. Email us at support@tribsfashion.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8607022646 with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the item (if damaged/defective)

  2. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (if serviceable).

  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Refund will be processed via original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used paper patterns and toolkits

  • Custom size or special orders

  • Items returned without prior confirmation


🔁 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after the refund is processed, if needed.
